Super Simple Doorbell Makeover

(or Things That Happen After I Drop Something Off At Your House and See That Your Front Entry Just Needs A Little......Something.)

Here's the before: And after some help from a computer printer, some clear contact paper and a pushpin, I'd say we have 100000% improvement. {Now Allison, while I don't appreciate the fact that as soon as you found it (a few days later - awesome!) you automatically assumed it was me, I know what you really meant was THANK YOU - WE NOW HAVE THE BEST PORCH ON THE BLOCK.

You're Welcome.}

  2. HAHAHAHA!!!! It was so funny because we didn't see it until after church (so I'm not sure if you put it on their when you dropped off the book or later). But Loren got to the door first, was like, "Whaaaaat is this?" I look over and was in hysterics! I totally knew it was you. And I loved it. Only you could think that, do that, and totally get away with it because you're so hilarious!

  7. Funny. I have been doing some catching up. Love the mantle re-do, and the dresser makeover is great! Isn't it amazing what a little paint can do. I have several pieces that I must get busy on. Jackie

  9. Rebecca,
    I don't know you from adam, but I have soooo enjoyed your blog. First, you are amazingly creative! I have my moments, but you are in a ballpark all your own! I love old things and I love what you do with them! Second, I used to teach Deaf kids and it is nice to remember the humor of the whole situation of special needs kids. There was alot of humor and alot of love!
    Third, your sense of humor gave me so much joy today when I discovered your site! I have the same goofy, sometimes inappropriate, sense of humor. I appreciate a fellow "don't take life so seriously" sister. Keep rocking, girl!!!!! Sincerly, Rebecca from Tennessee
