Using What You've Got Means Free: A Quick and Easy Christmas Banner

Print out the letters of your {appropriate} word of choice onto card stock.
Cut each letter into a square and then mess them up a bit so they don't look brand new.
I used ink, but a little brown eye shadow works too...
Punch some holes. In the paper, that is. Grab some twine, yarn, or one of those 50 cent rolls of basic ribbon that you rarely use and thread it through. Then prepare to hear children sing your praises and say the house "looks like we're going to have a party." Who's bringing the cake?

totally cute as always! it was fun catching up on the blog. some fun ideas. it was a nice break from the paint fumes that are still circling my head from painting gracie's room! oh and from mauricio trying to start the lawn mower in the garage and almost killing us from carbon monoxide poisoning! i think i might just attempt this cute little banner this year. and i even have black ink. woo hoo!

Love.it. I'd bring cake, but I would probably eat it all during the trip from VA to TX, then there'd just be crumbs, and that wouldn't be much of a party.
