There Are Quite A Few People

that are thrilled about the foot of snow we got yesterday. After all, it's not every winter we see white stuff here in Texas, which is why we don't exactly have what you would call "appropriate attire." School is cancelled today, meaning that my butt is saved from doing valentines at least until Monday night, and the kids have wanted nothing else than to play outside. And although it'll all be gone tomorrow, which is supposed to be sunny and 55 degrees, it may be a little too late for these guys. Just add broken tree limb removal to my list of projects.

  8. I was so jealous of the snow y'all got back home in Texas! My parents got 7" if I remember right - they're in east TX. We got a sprinkle of it for about half an hour yesterday here in Florida, not much, but I'll take it.
