Playtime

As much as I love to move stuff around, what I don't like is the "now that that's there, what do I put above it" dilemma.

Who are we kidding - I LOVE that part.

But there is something about a big blank wall that can be frightening....at least to my husband and his our budget.

(Can it be called a "budget" if I've been allotted $0 for the month? Or should it be called "spousal abuse"? Just wonderin'.)

(And why does the carpet look a horrid shade of lavender in this photo?)

Remember my curb side find?

He's now got a home "framing" an old mirror that we found in the garage. Oh, the stories I could tell about our old garage. Used the original chain and a hook I already had. Good start, but still a bit empty. So I dug out an old tray that I was going to get rid of, a plant from the kids bathroom, some photos and a sleepy kitty...

Not too shabby for no money spent.

  6. Very nice, and spending $0 is always awesome. I should go dig out some of my one million empty frames and do something like this.
